A Seleção Brasileira de Poker embarcou ontem para Londres, onde disputará o 1º Campeonato Mundial de Poker, evento organizado pela Federação Internacional de Poker (IFP), em conjunto com a Federação Internacional de Esportes da Mente (IMSA).

O Brasil terá como adversárias as equipes de Alemanha, Austrália, Dinamarca, Espanha, Estados Unidos, França, Holanda, Irlanda, Japão, Reino Unido e Zynga (um combinado de jogadores OnLine de países variados).

Os jogadores da Seleção, André Akkari, Alexandre Gomes, Thiago Decano, Christian Kruel, Caio Pimenta, Daniela Zapiello e Felipe Mojave, se reuniram com o técnico Marcos Sketch no aeroporto internacional de Guarulhos, em São Paulo, para o embarque. Também acompanhará a comitiva Juliano Maesano, escolhido pela Confederação Brasileira de Texas Hold'em para fazer a assessoria de imprensa.

O Brasil Poker deseja sorte à Seleção Brasileira, que segue forte e confiante para este 1º Campeonato Mundial de Poker.
